  • Shall recommend to the Board of County Commissioners those indigent individuals whose hospitalization costs shall be paid from the hospitalization fund.

  • A five member Board comprised of: Two members of the Board of County Commissioners appointed by its Chair. Two members of the Hospital Board appointed by its Chair. One member at large, to be chosen by a majority of the four members so appointed.

  • The terms of office of members shall expire January 15 of each year.
