The Committee shall be comprised of 13 members. Each member shall be a Martin County resident or business owner of an aviation related business located at Witham Field. Membership is as follows: three members be residents residing within a two statute mile radius of Witham Field (changed 7/26/16), Aircraft Owner who has Aircraft Based at Witham Field, Representative from a Witham Field Based Flight School, Representative from a Fixed Base Operator at Witham Field, Representative from a Charter Operator Based at Witham Field, Sewall's Point Representative from the Town Council, City of Stuart Representative, Friends of Witham Field, Witham Airport Action Majority (WAAM), Witham Aero Club (added 2/26/08), and a County Commissioner.
